"לחצר הפנימית" הוא מפגש בין שירים של המשוררת טל ניצן ועבודות נייר וקולאז' של האמן ציבי גבע. בהיתקלויות החדשות המתרחשות בחצר הזאת, היצירות מאירות זו את זו מחדש ומפיקות זו מזו צבעים ומוזיקה שלא היו להן כשעמדו לעצמן.

טל ניצן היא מן הקולות הבולטים בשירה העברית כיום. פירסמה עד כה חמישה ספרי שירה, ומבחרים משיריה תורגמו וראו אור בשפות רבות. שירתה זיכתה אותה בפרסים רבים, ביניהם פרס שרת התרבות למשוררים בתחילת דרכם ולספר ביכורים, פרס ברנשטיין לשירה, פרס אקו"ם ליצירות שהוגשו בעילום שם, פרס האוניברסיטה העברית ע"ש דוליצקי ופרס ראש הממשלה לסופרים.

ציבי גבע הוא אמן ציור ומיצב הפועל ומציג זה שנים רבות בארץ ובעולם. עבודותיו בספר זה הן הערות אישיות על מוטיבים מקומיים, תרבותיים ופוליטיים. גבע זכה בפרסים רבים, ביניהם פרס סנדברג מטעם מוזיאון ישראל, פרס פונדק מטעם מוזיאון תל אביב ופרס מפעל חיים מטעם משרד התרבות, ונבחר לייצג את ישראל בביאנלה לאמנות בוונציה 2015. 


“To the inner Court” is a rendezvous between poems by poet
Tal Nitzán and paper works and collages by artist Tsibi Geva. Through the new encounters created in this court, the works illuminate each other anew and extract from each other colors and music which they did not possess on their own.

Tal Nitzán is one of the salient voices in Hebrew poetry today. She has published five poetry books, and selections of her work have been translated and published in many languages. She has won numerous awards for her poetry, including the Ministry of Culture prize for a beginning poet and for a debut book, the Publisher's Association's poetry prize, the ACUM prize for an anonymously submitted work, the Hebrew University prize and the Prime Minister award for writers.

Tsibi Geva is a painter and an installation artist who has been working and exhibiting for many years in Israel and abroad. His works in this book are personal comments on local, cultural and political motifs. Geva has won many prizes, including the Israel Museum Sandberg prize, the Tel Aviv Museum Pundac Prize and a lifetime achievement award from the Minstry of Culture. He has been chosen to represent Israel in the 2015 Venice Art Biennale.
